A growing Legal 500 firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding Stoke-on-Trent office as part of a significant period of investment and growth. You’ll play a key role in a developing team, handling a broad mix of property disputes – from agricultural and land matters to complex real estate litigation – while benefiting from early responsibility and clear routes to senior leadership.
The Role:
- Managing a varied caseload of Property Litigation matters, including agricultural, land, and real estate disputes
- Advising clients on landlord & tenant, development, and estate-related disputes
- Handling matters from instruction through to resolution, including litigation and ADR
- Drafting pleadings, correspondence, and legal documentation across Property Litigation cases
- Providing commercially focused, pragmatic advice to clients
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Attending client meetings, negotiations, and court hearings, with advocacy opportunities
- Supporting business development and contributing to the growth of the Stoke-on-Trent office
The Candidate:
- A Property Litigation Solicitor operating at Associate or Senior Associate level (or approaching that level), ideally based near Stoke-on-Trent
- Strong technical expertise across Property Litigation matters, ideally including agricultural or land-based disputes
- Ability to manage Property Litigation matters with increasing autonomy, whilst working collaboratively within a wider team
- Commercially aware, with an interest in client development and business growth
- Experience gained within a reputable regional or national firm
- Ambitious and motivated, with a desire to progress and play a key role in a growing Property Litigation practice
