What you’ll do
As a Commercial Finance Broker, you’ll use your experience in corporate finance and commercial lending to support clients with a wide range of finance and funding solutions, which may include complex commercial mortgages, business loans, asset finance and other tailored lending options.
There will be existing clients for you to support, but we’re looking for someone who enjoys developing new business and has prior experience growing and maintaining a strong professional network.
You’ll have access to full back-office support, a five-star service-led team, and all the systems and tools needed to do your job to the highest standard.
Long term, there’s clear scope to grow and progress with the business. Reporting directly to the Director, you’ll have the visibility, support and influence to make a genuine impact as the company continues to develop
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for an experienced commercial finance professional who enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering tailored funding solutions.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Experience in commercial finance, commercial lending, corporate finance or business funding
- Knowledge of products such as commercial mortgages, business loans, asset finance or wider funding solutions
- A strong relationship-led approach, with the confidence to develop and maintain a professional network
- A proactive, self-motivated style, with the ability to manage your own pipeline
Other information
- Negotiable base salary with an OTE circa £100k+
- Uncapped bonus and commission scheme with favourable net income split
- Hybrid working, with 1–2 days per week office-based
- 36 days’ annual leave
