The Opportunity

Working closely with the VP of Sourcing, you’ll play a critical role in driving strategic execution across a sophisticated global supply chain environment.


You’ll help leadership teams make faster, smarter and more informed decisions by transforming technical and operational information into:

  • Executive-level insights
  • Strategy papers and business cases
  • Improvement roadmaps
  • Supplier and sourcing strategies
  • Performance and risk analysis
  • Decision-ready briefing materials


You’ll also take ownership of driving follow-through — ensuring strategic priorities become measurable actions across sourcing, supplier performance, quality and operational delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting executive leadership with high-quality strategic analysis and decision support
  • Translating complex discussions into concise, commercially focused outputs

  • Supporting supplier issue resolution and root cause analysis
  • Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality and Operations teams
  • Conducting market, supplier and risk analysis to support strategic decisions
  • Creating structured executive briefing packs and performance insights
  • Leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot to improve workflow efficiency and output quality
  • Ensuring strategic initiatives maintain momentum through effective coordination and follow-up
