A globally renowned consulting organisation is seeking a Manager – Sustainable Procurement & Aviation Fuel Strategy to support the delivery of major sustainability initiatives across its global travel and supplier network. This role sits at the centre of a growing international sustainability agenda, with a particular focus on Sustainable Aviation Fuel certificates (SAFc) and supplier decarbonisation strategy.
The successful candidate will join a highly visible global procurement team, working closely with senior stakeholders across multiple regions to influence how sustainability is embedded into procurement, supplier management and travel strategy.

The role
You will lead sustainability-focused procurement initiatives across travel and aviation-related categories, supporting supplier engagement, emissions reduction programmes and sustainable sourcing activity.
The role will involve working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to improve sustainability performance, support sustainability reporting and drive carbon reduction initiatives across the wider supply chain.
Ideal background
- Strong procurement and supplier management experience
- Direct exposure to Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF / SAFc) programmes or related sustainability initiatives
- Experience driving supplier sustainability or decarbonisation strategies
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
