Director – Building Surveying
- Location: Lincoln, Norwich, Cambridge, Oxford, or Northampton
- Permanent | Full-time | 85k – 120k + Equity Potential
- Bonus – own billing to start with but as the office grows will move to an office bonus structure.
(They are open to locations as this will be a new office. Ideally not city centre but they are happy to discuss)
Are you a commercially focused Chartered Building Surveyor ready to take the lead? We’re working with a growing, director-led consultancy looking to appoint an entrepreneurial Building Surveyor into a Director-level role. This is a unique opportunity to lead and expand a regional presence in a firm known for technical excellence and a hands-on, client-focused approach.
New office can sit in any of these location – Lincoln, Northampton, Cambridge, Oxford or Northampton
The Opportunity
As Director, you’ll be instrumental in:
- Leading and delivering complex projects across the commercial sector
- Providing expert advice on dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, contract administration, party wall matters, and project procurement
- Growing a local team and client base, supported by an established leadership structure
- Contributing to business strategy and operational leadership
- Driving performance, profitability, and client satisfaction in your region
About You
We’re looking for:
- MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor
- Strong technical expertise, particularly in dilapidations and/or contract administration
- A collaborative leader with commercial acumen and business development experience
- Someone with the credibility and ambition to grow a regional office
- Comfortable delivering across the full project life cycle and balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery
