Chief Operating Officer

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and dynamic Chief Operating Officer to join our client’s executive leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring productivity and strategic alignment across the business.

Working closely with the CEO, you will translate the business strategy into seamless operational execution, fostering a high-performance culture that supports the company’s rapid growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive continuous improvement and efficiencies through the optimization of processes, systems, and procedures.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across the business to ensure maximum productivity.
• Contribute directly to the development and rollout of future operational services.
• Oversee the successful execution of key operational and strategic projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with core business objectives by implementing structured project governance, reporting, and accountability frameworks.
• Develop joint operational plans aligned with market expansion and product adoption, proactively resolving issues and identifying new growth opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Tech teams to align partner initiatives with wider business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and mutual support.
