Your Role

• Full Lifecycle Management: Handle complex international movements across Air, Ocean, and Road from quote to delivery.
• Network Coordination: Act as the primary link between global partners, shipping lines, and transport providers.
• Customs & Compliance: Take charge of customs clearances and international trade documentation with high accuracy.
• Client Advocacy: Provide a high-touch service experience, offering strategic insights and real-time updates.
• Commercial Oversight: Maintain file profitability through accurate job costing and financial management.

Your Profile

• Experience: 2+ years of frontline experience within a UK freight forwarding setup.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of multimodal logistics and hands-on experience with CargoWise, MultiFreight, or similar software.
• Mindset: A positive, proactive approach with the ability to manage high-pressure deadlines.
