A Legal 500 law firm is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to join its well-established and growing real estate team in Bradford.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancing Assistant in Bradford / Leeds to join a collaborative and supportive firm known for delivering high-quality property work across a broad client base.
As a Conveyancing Assistant in the Bradford office, you’ll work closely with experienced fee earners handling a varied caseload, with clear development opportunities and strong day-to-day support in a modern, flexible working environment.
The Role
- Assisting fee earners on residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
- Supporting on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Preparing legal documents, contracts and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
- Managing files and updating case management systems
- Handling post-completion formalities and documentation
- Ensuring compliance with firm procedures and regulatory requirements
- Providing high levels of client care within a busy team
The Candidate
- Experience working as a Conveyancing Assistant or Legal Assistant
- Background within a residential property or real estate team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Confident communicator with a professional approach
- Able to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
- Team player with a proactive and reliable attitude
- Keen to develop a long-term career within property law
