Commercial Property Solicitor (1–5 PQE) – Nottingham

Legal 500 Firm | Up to £68,000 + Bonus | Hybrid Working

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Nottingham. The successful candidate will join a thriving Real Estate team handling a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters for an impressive mix of regional and national clients.

The Role

You will advise on a varied caseload including:

• Acquisitions and disposals

• Landlord and tenant matters

• Development work

• Real estate finance transactions

• Corporate support work

• General commercial property matters across a range of sectors
