They’re seeking a Senior Accessories Designer to lead the creative direction of the leather goods and accessories category. This is a rare opportunity to shape and evolve a refined product universe spanning handbags, small leather goods, belts, scarves, hats, jewellery, hard accessories.

You will collaborate directly with the Chairman and Product & Supply Director, taking ownership of the design vision from initial concept through to prototype and production.

The Role

  • Define and lead seasonal narratives, colour palettes, and overarching creative direction
  • Conceive and design elevated product concepts, materials, leathers, and bespoke hardware in line with the brand’s design language
  • Deliver impeccably detailed CADs, technical specifications, and design packs to support prototype development
  • Partner closely with Product Development to refine construction, functionality, and cost with a focus on quality and integrity
  • Conduct in-depth research into global trends, artisanal techniques, and material innovation
  • Present collections and concepts within senior creative forums, including Chairman reviews
  • Maintain a strong connection to the client experience through regular flagship store visits
  • Contribute to range architecture, balancing creative ambition with commercial performance and insight

About You

  • An accomplished Accessories Designer with 5+ years’ experience, ideally within luxury leather goods
  • Deep technical expertise in leather, fine materials, metal hardware, and product construction
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator, CAD, and Excel (3D capability and hand sketching are advantageous)
  • A sophisticated design sensibility, balancing creativity with a strong commercial instinct
  • Meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to quality
  • Confident operating at a senior level, engaging with executive stakeholders and global suppliers
  • Degree educated in Fashion, Accessories Design, or a related discipline
  • An intuitive understanding of brand handwriting, heritage, and the luxury customer

This position requires a consistent presence in the

West Sussex | 4–5 days in office), reflecting the collaborative and hands-on nature of the role.
