Account Director – B2B Media Solutions (FMCG)
Up to £65k basic + uncapped commission (typically 30–50%)
London / Crawley / Hybrid (2 days office‑based)
Our client is a global media group delivering exceptional content through events, digital, data &
insight. From agribusiness, ingredients and food processing, to retail, hospitality & fine dining – they
provide the inspiration, insight and connections to power their customers’ success.
They have offices in Gatwick, Brighton and London, UK; Montpellier, France; Singapore and
Chicago, US. In line with the Company’s current Agile Working Policy, the successful
candidate would be eligible to work part of the week from their London
and/or Gatwick office and to work remotely for the rest of the week.
They are now looking for a commercially sharp, relationship‑driven Account Director to drive revenue growth across a high‑performing B2B portfolio. You’ll work with major FMCG brands, selling creative, content‑led and event‑based marketing solutions that genuinely deliver impact.

What you’ll be doing
- Growing revenues across a multi‑brand B2B media portfolio
- Selling integrated solutions: digital content, webinars, insight reports, print, creative campaigns and event sponsorship
- Winning new business while expanding existing accounts
- Building strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across FMCG
- Collaborating with editorial, marketing and events teams to deliver standout campaigns
- Cross‑selling into aligned sector portfolios where relevant
