Location: Mansfield, United Kingdom

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm

Salary- Competitive +OTE

As a Commercial Sales Executive, you will take full ownership of your portfolio—winning new business, managing existing accounts, and using market insights to drive profitable, sustainable growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Business Development: Identify and secure new B2B fuel customers across your territory.
  • Manage Pricing & Margins: Use the CODAS system to set and adjust rates in line with market conditions.
  • Build Relationships: Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Strategic Growth: Negotiate contracts from initial enquiry to final agreement.
  • What We’re Looking For:

    • Proven B2B Sales Experience: Ideally within fuels, energy, or logistics.
    • Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of CODAS or similar ERP/CRM platforms.
    • Commercial Savvy: Confidence in managing your own pricing and margins.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong numerical capability with a focus on detail.
    • Mobility: A full UK driving licence (required for field-based activities).
