Job Description:

A rapidly growing global business services organization is seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales to lead and scale a high-performing outside sales team. This executive-level role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strategic client relationships across North America and international markets.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales leader with a strong track record of exceeding targets, developing winning sales strategies, and leading high-performance teams within BPO, staffing, outsourcing, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing outside sales organization
  • Build and execute strategic sales plans focused on revenue growth and market expansion
  • Drive performance accountability through KPI management and forecasting
  • Personally support the closing of complex, high-value opportunities
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, recruiting, and leadership teams to strengthen go-to-market execution
  • Recruit, coach, and retain top sales talent
  • Improve sales processes, reporting, and CRM utilization to maximize efficiency
  • Represent the organization at client meetings, conferences, and industry events
  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven success leading sales teams in BPO, outsourcing, staffing, recruiting, or related industries
  • Strong record of driving consistent revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills
  • Experience developing strategic sales initiatives and managing complex pipelines
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Experience in talent acquisition or human capital solutions is a strong plus
  • Valid driver’s license and passport required
