Residential Conveyancer – Wiltshire – £35,000-£45,000 DoE
Venn Group is working in partnership with a well-respected law firm in Wiltshire to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join their expanding team.
This opportunity would suit a lawyer with experience across a broad range of residential property matters. The successful candidate will manage an established caseload while playing a key role in the continued growth of the department.
The Role
- Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, estate agents and lenders
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation, conducting searches and ensuring all transactions are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with proven experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently
- Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process with the ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent client care and communication skills
