The role:
✅ Multi-project ownership: you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of client briefs from initial enquiry through to contracting
✅ Client consultancy: you’ll be a trusted senior point of contact, interpreting detailed briefs and delivering venue proposals that hit the mark
✅ Venue relationships: you’ll build and maintain strong connections with hotels, unique spaces, and private dining venues across the UK and beyond
✅ Negotiation: manage conversations around rates, contractual terms and commission relationships
✅ Proposals & budgets: you’ll produce compelling, well-presented venue recommendations for an array of clients and event types
✅ Team contribution: you8’ll enjoy supporting junior colleagues and contributing to new business and account growth
You’ll need:
✔ Proven venue finding experience within an events agency environment
✔ A strong, established network of venue and supplier contacts
✔ The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball
✔ Self-motivation and the discipline to work effectively from home
What’s on offer:
- £35,000 – £40,000 base salary plus commission
- Fully home-based with flexibility over how you manage your day
