We are looking to appoint an experienced Sales Team Manager to lead and develop an established internal sales function for our Client.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded sales leader who enjoys developing people, improving performance and creating a strong, proactive sales culture within a professional business-to-business environment.
The role offers genuine visibility across the business and will suit someone who combines strong people management skills with a hands-on and commercially focused approach to sales leadership.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting, motivating and developing the sales team whilst helping to drive performance, improve customer engagement and increase overall commercial effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating and developing an internal sales team
- Driving sales performance, activity and customer engagement
- Coaching team members to maximise effectiveness and commercial confidence
- Monitoring sales performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Supporting improvements across sales processes, reporting and CRM usage
- Encouraging a proactive and commercially focused team culture
- Working closely with senior leadership to support wider business objectives
