We're looking for an Office Manager to whip us into shape at Jimmy's HQ. This is a full-time, office-based role with quite a variety of duties.

We have three sites on an industrial estate in Mudeford, Dorset: our office, workshop and two warehouse spaces. It's a hands-on role, responsible for organising, maintaining & improving our working space, as well as owning our customer service delivery and managing a fleet of vehicles.

The role is split into three key areas of duties;

Office:

  • You'll be the face of the office, greeting any visitors, answering the main phone line and handling any general office queries from our crew
  • You will own the office appearance, ensuring it's always clean, presentable and stocked up
  • Maintain office equipment and appliances, including responsibility for health & safety and fire safety compliance
  • Responsible for our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are always maintained and roadworthy
  • Oversee third-party contracts, including cleaning, utilities (gas, electric, water), and waste management
  • Bring the vibes – organising events, birthdays, and team celebrations

Warehouse:

  • Maintaining a safe and functioning warehouse for the storage of stock, event equipment & vehicles
  • Keep stock levels up to date, processing pallet deliveries, and manually manoeuvring pallets into the warehouse
  • Processing and packing of send-outs such as sales samples, PR requests, signage, and stock via pallets.
  • Carry out regular stock audits & counts.

Community & Customer:

  • Managing all general enquiries over email, phone and website submission.
  • Supporting customers with website or subscription orders, tracking packages, and resolving complaints.
  • Shaping our customer experience and owning the delivery of customer service.

So, as you can tell, it's a pretty jam-packed job! You'll be mainly on your feet, handling stock, deliveries and juggling vehicles (not literally).

What do we want from you?

  • Experience working and contributing to a busy office environment
  • Always keen to get stuck in, hands-on and physical
  • Confidence to own the office space and demand respect – health & safety in the workplace is no joke!
  • Strong understanding of vehicle leasing, maintenance, and service plans
  • Excellent people & customer experience skills, delivering resolutions to a high standard
  • Strong IT skills with Microsoft Suite, and fairly techy to pick up the use of other systems
  • Preferred previous experience with platforms including Shopify, Mintsoft, Jotform, and shipping tools.

What's in it for you?

  • Competitive salary
  • Annual bonus
  • Private health insurance
  • Perkbox discounts & rewards
  • Up to 27 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Company sick pay
  • Enhanced family leave
  • AWESOME place to work
