We are recruiting for an experienced and inspirational Head of Inclusion to join a growing specialist education provider supporting children and young people with SEND, SEMH, autism and additional needs.
This is a key leadership role focused on driving inclusive practice, strengthening SEND support, and ensuring every learner has the opportunity to succeed.
The Role
You will:
✔ Lead the organisation’s inclusion and SEND strategy
✔ Oversee EHCP delivery, interventions and pupil support plans
✔ Support behaviour, attendance and reintegration pathways
✔ Work with parents, local authorities and external agencies
✔ Coach staff on inclusive and trauma-informed practice
About You
✔ Experience as SENDCo, Inclusion Lead, Pastoral Lead, Behaviour Lead or Assistant Head
✔ Strong knowledge of EHCPs, safeguarding and SEND legislation
✔ Experience working in SEND, SEMH or alternative provision settings
✔ Strong leadership, resilience and relationship-building skills
✔ SENCO qualification / NPQ / DSL training desirable
