They are looking for Residential Conveyancers to join an expanding Property team due to continued growth.
You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
- Sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Leasehold matters
- Act as main client contact throughout transactions
- Liaise with agents, lenders and third parties
- Progress files efficiently with strong attention to detail
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Deliver high levels of client care
About You
- Experience managing residential conveyancing matters independently
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Organised with good time management
- Confident using case management systems
- Professional and proactive approach
