They need a brilliant, commercially savvy Account Director to drive strategic growth and partner with C-suite clients.

Forget rigid, single-channel campaigns. You will act as a trusted thought partner to business leaders , using a powerful mix of strategy, creative storytelling, and experiential touchpoints to drive real organizational change. Reporting to the Consulting/Growth Director , you’ll have the autonomy to shape the agency’s proposition , lead multi-disciplinary teams, and take on line management as the team continues to scale.

  • Integrated Agency Pedigree: Proven experience managing complex accounts across various platforms—equally comfortable talking strategy, creative, design, and live events.

  • Commercial Mindset: A highly organized self-starter who knows how to spot organic growth opportunities and confidently hit financial targets.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own & Grow Accounts: Drive strategic account reviews , meet commercial targets , and proactively unlock new opportunities within an exciting client base.
  • Be the Strategic Hub: Deeply understand your clients’ businesses to ensure all creative, strategic, and event-based pitches are perfectly fit for purpose.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work efficiently with cross-functional agency teams to take ambitious concepts from initial pitch to flawless delivery.
