A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Senior Dispute Resolution Paralegal or Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its busy and expanding litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive and forward-thinking environment, handling a broad range of high-quality contentious matters.
The Role
You will assist with and manage (where appropriate) a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters, which may include:
- Commercial and contractual disputes
- Property litigation
- Construction disputes
- Debt recovery and enforcement
- Contentious probate matters
You will work closely with experienced solicitors and partners, gaining hands-on exposure and responsibility from an early stage.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a senior paralegal with substantial litigation experience or a Newly Qualified Solicitor with a seat in dispute resolution
- Have strong technical knowledge and a proactive approach to case management
- Demonstrate excellent drafting and communication skills
- Be highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Show a genuine interest in developing a long-term career in dispute resolution
