Job Title: Graduate Health & Safety Advisor

Location: Blantyre

We are hiring for an entry level Health & Safety role, open to both graduates and individuals transitioning from operational environments.

This is a hands-on position supporting SHE activities across multiple sites, working closely with an experienced manager and gaining exposure to real-world challenges.

Key Requirements

• Either a relevant degree OR operational experience with safety responsibilities
• Strong communication skills and confidence
• Willingness to challenge and influence
• Interest in building a long-term SHE career

This role is best suited to someone looking to build a career within Health & Safety. It would not suit someone highly experienced or overqualified due to the level of administration involved.
