Uniserve and Seafast Logistics are seamlessly connected, with Seafast operating as a key subsidiary of Uniserve Holdings. We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Seafast operations. This is a crucial leadership role responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of our daily plan while ensuring all customer and company standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise warehouse operatives, setting daily tasks and ensuring standards are met.
• Deliver the daily operational plan, adjusting priorities and updating the Shift Manager as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant warehouse environment, including security and housekeeping checks.
• Ensure all work meets quality expectations and supports excellent customer service.
• Monitor team performance, provide real‑time feedback, and escalate issues when required.
• Report shift progress, challenges, and performance updates to the Shift Manager.
• Support problem‑solving for operational, quality, or customer issues.
• Manage staffing levels and resources to meet the daily plan.
• Use WMS and smart devices accurately to support warehouse processes.
• Manage onsite staff and visitors in line with company procedures.
• Take a flexible, hands‑on approach and supervise shifts effectively.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

• Proven ability to supervise and manage warehouse teams.
• Strong understanding of operational planning and execution.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety and compliance standards (BRC, HACCP).
• Excellent communication skills for staff training, reporting, and customer liaison.
• Willingness to train in First Aid and Fire Marshalling.
