FP&A Business Partner

£45,000 – £55,000 + 15–20% bonus

“This isn’t a finance function that sits on the sidelines. It’s embedded in every decision we make as a business.”

We’re working with a high-growth, consumer-led business that is scaling at an astonishing rate and investing heavily in its future – people, technology and data.

This is a best-in-class finance function, where commercial finance isn’t just about reporting numbers – it’s about shaping decisions, influencing strategy and driving performance across the business.

The Opportunity

You’ll sit at the heart of operations and commercial decision-making, partnering with senior stakeholders to:

  • Turn complex data into clear, actionable insight
  • Influence operational and strategic decisions
  • Drive performance and cost optimisation across a large, fast-moving network
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning
  • Work across both FP&A and true business partnering – getting the best of both worlds

“This role gives you exposure to real decisions – not just hindsight reporting. You’re in the room when it matters.”

Why This Role Stands Out

Best-in-class finance team

You’ll be surrounded by high-calibre talent, in a function that is genuinely respected and embedded across the business.

Serious investment in data & tech

Heavy focus on analytics, Power BI, SQL and AI-led insight – this is a function building for the future.

“We’re constantly evolving how we use data – the expectation is not just to report it, but to challenge it and improve it.”

Commercial exposure from day one

This is not a narrow FP&A role – you’ll influence commercial, operational and strategic decisions.

Mentorship from top-tier leadership

The Commercial Finance Director is highly visible, deeply invested in people, and known for developing talent.

“Progression here isn’t time served – it’s based on ability. If you’re good enough, you’ll move quickly.”

High-performance, supportive culture

A business that expects a lot – but also invests in wellbeing, development and long-term success.

What We’re Looking For

  • CIMA/ACCA finalist or (newly) qualified
  • Strong grounding in finance, FP&A or business partnering
  • Highly analytical mindset with a passion for data and insight
  • Experience (or strong interest) in tools like Power BI, SQL or similar
  • Ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders
  • Someone curious, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Package

  • £45,000 – £55,000 base salary
  • 15–20% bonus (consistently paid out – rare at this level)
  • Clear and accelerated progression opportunities

Why Join?

This is a role for someone who wants to:

  • Move beyond reporting into true commercial finance
  • Learn from some of the best operators in the space
  • Build capability in data, analytics and decision support
  • Progress quickly in a business that rewards impact

“If you want to be in a finance team that genuinely drives the business forward – this is it.”
