The company:

A well established main contractor based in central London Bromley specialising in external refurbishment programmes.

The role:

As a Senior Project Manager within this business you will be

• Working under a Contracts Manager for delivery of projects up to £25m in value delivered through design & build procurement routes.
• Engaging with projects at PCSA stage taking them through to completion.
• Resource planning for each of your schemes.
• Convert construction programmes in to rolling programmes using Asta Power Projects.
• Chairing monthly project review meetings (internal and external).
• Extensive engagement with external consultants and clients.

Highly desirable skills and qualifications:

• Either CIOB membership or a construction related degree.
• Current, relevant CITB qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, Temporary Works along with First Aid certification.
• Working knowledge of project programming software.
• Experience of new build and refurbishment schemes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role.
