The Role

Join a growing offshore wind team delivering major offshore substation and renewable energy projects.

You’ll lead technical work across engineering, design, procurement, and project delivery, helping shape the future of offshore energy

What You’ll Do

• Lead offshore wind engineering projects
• Support offshore substation topside design
• Review technical documentation & design packages
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• Support bids, clients, and project delivery
• Help improve engineering processes
• Work across FEED, Owner’s Engineering & delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Engineering degree (Structural, Civil, Mechanical or similar)
• Chartered Engineer or working towards it
• Offshore wind experience
• Offshore substation / topsides experience
• Strong technical and communication skills
• Able to manage projects, people & deadlines

Bonus Skills

• Detailed design or fabrication experience
• Procurement & contractor management
• Foundations, geotechnics or site investigations
• CAPEX or project certification experience
