About the Role
My client are looking for a Scenic Project Manager who enjoys turning creative ideas into impressive real-world environments. In this role, you’ll take a client’s concept and guide it through design, planning, and on-site delivery, ensuring a high-quality finish every time. You’ll play a key part in delivering engaging event spaces that reflect creativity, attention to detail, and strong project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initial brief through to on-site delivery
- Interpret client ideas and develop practical, buildable solutions
- Produce and review technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
- Specify materials, finishes, and construction methods
- Prepare accurate quotes, manage budgets, and oversee project costs
- Coordinate logistics, timelines, and resources to ensure smooth delivery
- Lead on-site builds, managing internal teams and external suppliers
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout
- Contribute ideas and collaborate with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in scenic construction or a similar field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent design software
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction techniques
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple priorities
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
- Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
Desirable
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
