Sales Broker – High-Performance Inbound Sales | £80k–£100k OTE

Location: Central London

Salary: £35,000 basic + uncapped commission

OTE: £80,000–£100,000+

We’re partnering with a fast-growing specialist brokerage in Central London that is expanding its high-performance sales team.

This is a phone-based inbound closing role suited to ambitious, money-motivated sales professionals who thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments.

You’ll be handling warm inbound enquiries from high-net-worth individuals, following a structured sales process and converting opportunities into completed deals.

This is not an account management role. It’s a high-output sales environment where consistency, resilience and communication skills directly impact earnings.

The role

  • Handling a high volume of inbound investor enquiries
  • Building credibility and controlling conversations over the phone
  • Following a structured, proven sales framework
  • Managing objections and closing deals
  • Working towards daily activity and revenue targets
  • Performing in a fast-paced, highly accountable sales environment
