Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor
To join one of the UK’s most successful Main Contractors who have a rich history across the Yorkshire region for delivering iconic, complex projects. With a strong regional foothold across the region, the business have recently began works on an iconic development in the region and are looking to strengthen their commercial department.
The Opportunity:
Open to either a Senior QS or a QS.
Working on an iconic scheme in the Yorkshire area. The successful candidate, will be responsible for the below:
- CVR Reporting and management
- Full control over the New Build element of the scheme
- Line Manager to an Assistant QS
- Etc.
Ideal Experience:
- Comfortable working on JCT Design & Build forms of contract
- Experience running your own projects or have been a No2 on medium-high value project
- Main Contract experience (Building Sector)
- New Build experience
