What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle – BD, account growth, and candidate delivery, and potential small teams (depending on level)
• Building strong, consultative relationships with clients and candidates
• Working closely with global colleagues to leverage an international network
• Recruiting for permanent roles – some freelance may als be available.
• Becoming a specialist in your chosen market

Who we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of 360 recruitment experience upwards – in a sector that aligns with Marketing, Digital, Creative
• A strong track record in billings
• A consultative, strategic mindset with strong relationship-building skills
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• A growth mindset – ambitious, coachable, and commercially driven
