Site Manager – Residential Construction
Location: Bovingdon
Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 + Package
An established and growing residential contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of high-quality housing developments. The Role:
• Manage day-to-day site operations from groundwork through to completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site teams to ensure programmes are met
• Maintain high standards of health & safety across site operations
• Ensure quality control and compliance with all relevant regulations
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and senior management throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor progress, budgets, and site reporting
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential construction
• Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and residential build processes
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple subcontractors effectively
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications required
