Scaffolding Supervisor- on the tools

Priorities:

• Must have CISRS advanced with SSSTS or CISRS supervisor OR SMSTS
• Work on site on the tools
• Willing to travel to Fordingbridge SP6 or Deepcut GU16

Qualifications

• Proven Supervisory Skills, with the ability to manage and lead scaffolders effectively
• Expertise in Scaffolding operations, including erection, inspection, and maintenance
• Knowledge and experience working with Fall Protection systems and practices
• Proficiency in Dismantling scaffolding structures safely and efficiently
• Ability and certification for Working at Height
• Understanding of safety protocols, including compliance with TG20:21 and SG4:22 standards
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in managing scaffolding operations for residential, commercial, or industrial projects is a plus
