Be-Resourcing are working with a fast-growing, highly ambitious IT services provider that is investing heavily in its sales function as part of an exciting expansion phase across the UK and Europe. Based in Greater Glasgow, this hybrid role (3 days in the office) offers a great balance of collaboration and flexibility, along with a competitive salary of £30,000–£35,000 (DOE) and a monthly bonus that can add up to an extra £5–6K per year based on performance.

This is a front-line, high-impact role sitting at the heart of the company’s growth. You’ll be responsible for building pipeline from scratch, engaging with decision-makers, opening meaningful conversations, and creating real opportunities for the wider sales team. It’s a role where your effort directly translates into results, visibility, and career progression.

Crucially, this is not a volume-driven, transactional environment. The business takes a quality-first, consultative approach to sales, meaning you’ll be encouraged to truly understand prospects and build credible relationships with owner-managed SMBs.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Generating new business opportunities through calls, email, LinkedIn, and campaigns
  • Identifying and qualifying SMB prospects
  • Booking high-quality, well-prepared meetings for senior sales colleagues
  • Maintaining clean, accurate CRM data
  • Working closely with sales and marketing to drive pipeline
