Junior FX Broker

London £25k–£30k base + uncapped commission

My Client is looking for a motivated Junior FX Broker to join a fast‑paced, high‑growth currency brokerage.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to break into financial markets, learn the fundamentals of FX sales, and build a client portfolio from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard SME clients as a Junior FX Broker
• Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads
• Support clients with spot, forward, and hedging products
• Deliver market updates and manage your sales pipeline
• Work closely with senior brokers to develop your skills

Skills & Qualities

• Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with decision‑makers
• Commercial mindset with interest in FX and markets
• Resilient, ambitious, and motivated by progression
• Able to build rapport quickly and handle high‑volume outreach
• Sales experience helpful but not essential
