Rare KM opportunity- Senior Corporate Lawyer

I am working on a rare part-time KL opportunity to join a top law firm on a full-time (or part-time) basis.

The Corporate team is widely respected for its transactional and advisory capabilities with strengths in private equity and private m&a.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 PQE + experience and the firm is willing to consider candidates up to Counsel level. Prior PSL experience is not a prerequisite but experience is useful.
