What You’ll Do:
- Manage end-to-end mortgage applications and specialist mortgage admin tasks
- Coordinate communication between solicitors, lenders, and other third parties
- Support advisers with documentation and case handling
- Mentor and assist junior admin staff
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the process
- Oversee instruction and management of valuations
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Administrator or Paraplanner
- Familiarity with mortgage systems like Trigold (or similar)
- Experience liaising with solicitors, lenders, and other stakeholders
- Life insurance knowledge is a plus
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail
- Eager to grow and develop within a thriving business
