Compliance Associate

One Ten Associates are partnering with a private debt fund that is looking to hire a Compliance Associate. The role will be based in London, reporting directly into the SMF16/17.

The role will be a generalised compliance role. Responsibilities include:

• Conduct compliance monitoring reviews in accordance to the compliance monitoring programme (CMP)
• Review, update and implement compliance policies/procedures
• Provide compliance/regulatory advice to the business in relation to their regulatory obligations
• Oversee and manage regulatory reporting/filings
• Provide oversight and monitor financial promotions, conflicts of interest, gifts & entertainment, code of ethics, etc…

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years compliance experience, ideally working within asset management industry. An understanding of private markets is advantageous.
