Job Description:
Service Care Legal are working with a leading housing association is seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join its in-house legal team, focusing on housing management and landlord & tenant disputes.
Please note that this role would require office attendance 3 days per week.
The Role
- Manage a varied caseload including:
– Anti-social behaviour injunctions & possession claims
– Tenancy fraud, disrepair and access injunctions
– Environmental Protection Act prosecutions & money claims
- Draft pleadings, witness statements and legal documents
- Conduct advocacy (excluding trials)
- Provide practical legal advice to internal stakeholders
- Support training and development across the business
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with 2+ years’ PQE
- Experience or strong interest in housing litigation / landlord & tenant law
- Strong drafting, communication and organisational skills
- Confident working both independently and as part of a team
