Immediate Start – Lead Planning Application
Be part of a residential scheme at a key planning stage, offering the opportunity to take ownership of a project as it moves towards submission within a collaborative and well-structured team.
This opportunity sits within a design-focused architectural practice working on a multi-unit residential development. With the concept design already complete, they are now looking to bring in an experienced Senior / Associate Architect to lead the delivery of the planning application and guide the project through this critical phase.
You will be working closely with a small team, including a Part I Architectural Assistant, taking responsibility for coordination, client engagement, and overall project direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of a planning application for a residential scheme
- Present to clients and manage stakeholder relationships
- Coordinate with external consultants to ensure smooth submission
- Oversee and support junior team members
- Ensure high-quality output across all stages of the planning process
Skills & Experience
- Senior / Associate level Architect with strong planning experience
- Proven track record delivering planning applications for residential projects
- Confident in client-facing situations and presentations
- Strong coordination and team leadership skills
- Able to work independently and take full ownership of a project
