Starfish Search is supporting a London Borough to appoint an Interim Project Manager – Capital Projects to lead a major depot redevelopment programme.
Reporting into senior leadership, you will manage a complex capital project, working closely with stakeholders across the council to drive delivery and ensure project objectives are achieved.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of a large-scale depot redevelopment programme
- Manage project activity across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the council and partner organisations
- Coordinate project planning, governance, risk and reporting activity
- Ensure projects are delivered against agreed timelines, budgets and objectives
- Drive progress and resolve challenges across a complex delivery environment
- Support wider capital project activity where required
About you:
- Proven experience delivering complex capital or regeneration projects
- Experience working on large-scale redevelopment programmes
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Comfortable operating across multifunctional projects with competing priorities
- Experience within Local Government is advantageous
- Strong programme management, communication and problem-solving skills
