The Opportunity
Frustrated by outdated management on both sides of the landlord-tenant relationship, our client set out to do things differently. The result is a lean, focused operation built around a platform that delivers real-time financial reporting, portfolio insight, and the kind of transparency that traditional managing agents rarely offer.
The role
Reporting directly into the Head of Property Management, the successful candidate will take meaningful ownership of a commercial portfolio spanning office, retail, industrial and mixed-use assets. It’s a hands-on position with genuine scope – this is a small team where good people are noticed and rewarded, and where the work you do has a direct impact on client outcomes and business growth.
The person
Our client is looking for someone with demonstrable commercial property management experience and is now ready for something more than the next step on a traditional consultancy ladder. They’ll want to see a strong track record across varied portfolios, a commercial and value-add approach to client relationships, and the confidence to work autonomously without needing the structure of a large firm around them.
Equally important is attitude. This is someone who is comfortable with technology, takes initiative, and genuinely buys into the idea that property management can be done better. A team player who doesn’t need managing.
