An outstanding opportunity for a Real Estate Paralegal to join a top-tier city law firm advising on some of the most complex and high-value real estate transactions in the market.
The Role:
- Supporting on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, developments, joint ventures and financings
- Drafting and reviewing complex legal documentation, reports on title and transaction deliverables
- Conducting detailed title investigations and managing large-scale due diligence exercises
- Liaising directly with clients, lenders and international stakeholders
