Senior Fund Operations Analyst | Buy-Side | Multi-Asset

We are partnering with a high-performing investment firm seeking a Senior Fund Operations professional to take ownership of day-to-day fund operations across a multi-asset platform.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a lean environment, enjoys autonomy, and can confidently manage both operational detail and senior stakeholder relationships.

The Role:

• Oversee fund operations across Luxembourg SICAV and Cayman SPC structures
• Manage key third-party providers (Fund Admin, Depositary, Auditors, Legal)
• Lead NAV oversight, reconciliations, trade support, and corporate actions
• Monitor cash, payments, FX hedging, and operational workflows
• Support audit processes, reporting, and governance frameworks
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Assist with new fund launches and structuring initiatives
• Oversee IMA operations including capital calls, distributions, and alternatives

The Candidate:

• 10+ years’ experience in fund operations within asset management (buy-side essential)
• Strong knowledge of multi-asset operations, NAV oversight, and fund structures
• Experience managing outsourced providers and operational infrastructure
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Detail-driven, organised, and able to operate independently
