We’re looking for a passionate and driven Head Chef to lead one of London’s most respected high-volume, quality-focused restaurant kitchens. This is an opportunity to take full ownership of a well-established site, delivering exceptional food standards while building and developing a strong, motivated team.

As Head Chef, you’ll be at the heart of the operation setting the tone, driving consistency, and ensuring every guest receives an outstanding experience.

The Role

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing kitchen team in a fast-paced environment
  • Deliver consistently excellent food quality, presentation, and brand standards
  • Take full responsibility for kitchen operations, including prep, service, and compliance
  • Drive a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure all health & safety and food hygiene standards are met and exceeded

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef in a branded or high-volume kitchen
  • Strong understanding of brand standards and the importance of consistency at scale
  • A natural leader with a hands-on approach and a passion for developing others
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build a positive kitchen culture
  • Commercially aware, with solid financial understanding (GP, labour control, waste management)
  • Calm under pressure with a focus on delivering quality in a fast-paced service
