Litigation Solicitor – Financial Services Claims (Fully Remote)

Remote | £45,000 – £70,000 per annum (pro rata for the FTC term) DOE

Full-time | 6 Month FTC

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a forward thinking and innovative legal services provider that specialises in high value claimant litigation. We are exclusively working with the client to support with a qualified Lawyer (Solicitor or Legal Executive) with a background in financial services litigation to join their growing team.

This is a fully remote position offering flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to work with cutting-edge legal tech in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of financial services litigation matters, including high-value, complex claims.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
  • Leverage technology and case management systems to streamline case progression and client communications.
  • Support compliance processes and contribute to continuous improvement of internal operations.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with claimant litigation experience, 4 years plus experience
  • Background in financial services litigation, professional negligence, or other claimant-based litigation.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of claims efficiently and independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely and using technology for case management.
  • Personable and client-focused, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.

Desirable:

  • Experience handling pensions or investment-related disputes.
  • Exposure to legal compliance or regulatory issues.
