Our client is a rapidly scaling, private equity-backed organisation operating within a highly complex global aviation business. With teams of engineers, operators, and specialists working closely together, the organisation is built to move quickly, adapt to evolving demands, and deliver high-impact outcomes in critical environments.

As the business continues its global growth, investment in people capability is a key priority. This role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver learning solutions that directly support organisational performance, capability building, and long-term success.

More about the role

This role is suited to someone who is genuinely passionate about learning, thrives in a hands-on capacity, and is comfortable operating within a fast-paced, globally distributed organisation. It is a high-impact, individual contributor role focused on designing and delivering learning solutions that drive capability and performance at scale.

As L&D Partner, you will work closely with stakeholders across multiple regions to identify capability gaps, design structured development interventions, and deliver engaging, practical learning experiences that improve performance.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused, and outcomes-driven role. You will be expected to build scalable learning solutions while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver training directly to teams.

You will operate within a global, fast-paced, and evolving environment, where adaptability, pragmatism, and strong stakeholder engagement are key.

  • Design and deliver high-quality learning programmes aligned to business priorities and capability requirements.
  • Partner with stakeholders across functions and geographies to identify learning needs and translate these into practical solutions.
  • Create and maintain structured learning frameworks, pathways, and materials to support employee development.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person) across a global audience.
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve content and delivery approaches.
  • Contribute to broader people and organisational initiatives where capability uplift is required.
  • Ensure learning solutions are scalable, practical, and aligned to the organisation’s operating model.

More about you

  • Proven experience in a Learning & Development role with a strong focus on design and delivery.
  • Experience building and delivering training programmes for diverse, global audiences.
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured, practical learning solutions.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with confidence delivering to varied stakeholder groups.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, evolving organisations.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build credibility across different functions.
  • A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with the ability to operate with autonomy.
