Senior Building Surveyor

This role focuses on high-value instructions across commercial, industrial, retail and prime residential sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical due diligence instructions across commercial assets
• Deliver project monitoring reports for development schemes
• Manage multiple instructions ensuring technical and commercial accuracy
• Act as primary client contact for advisory and reporting matters
• Oversee surveying inputs across projects valued up to £150m

Requirements

• MRICS qualified Building Surveyor
• Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
• Experience delivering technical due diligence and project monitoring
• Background across commercial, industrial, retail or residential assets
• Strong technical reporting and commercial management capability

Salary & Package

• £60,000 – £70,000 base salary
• 15% contractual bonus
• Hybrid working
