The Role

A client in the professional services sector is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join the team for a fixed-term engagement.

You will support and deliver end-to-end hiring activity, working closely with senior stakeholders and the People team to enable sustainable business growth. The role focuses on building a consistent, high‑quality end-to-end recruitment approach, with the opportunity to evolve into a longer‑term embedded talent partnership as hiring needs scale.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple roles
  • Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring priorities
  • Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience
  • Build talent pipelines and contribute to scalable recruitment processes

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in agency recruitment or talent acquisition within a growing organisation
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote first environment
  • Proactive, adaptable and process‑driven

Details

  • Start date: Immediate
  • Duration: Fixed-term through December 31 2026 with a long-term extension likely
  • Salary-£32-£38k pro rata, depending on experience
  • Location: Remote first, ad-hoc presence in London/Norwich
