Role: Project Development Analyst

Location: London, Hybrid 3 days p/w

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: TBC

Overview:

We’re working with a fast-growing, investor-backed energy infrastructure platform looking to hire a Project Development Analyst to support the delivery of a large-scale pipeline across the UK and Europe.

This is a great opportunity to sit at the heart of a business operating across solar, battery storage and grid-connected infrastructure, supporting projects from early-stage development through to execution.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects stay on track by:

  • Tracking and managing project milestones and timelines
  • Coordinating across development, grid, commercial and finance teams
  • Supporting internal and investor reporting
  • Identifying risks, delays and bottlenecks across the pipeline
  • Helping build and improve processes, systems and reporting frameworks

What we’re looking for

  • 2–5 years’ experience in:
  • Renewable energy (solar / BESS / infrastructure), OR
  • Consultancy/advisory (e.g. JLL, Arup, Big 4), OR
  • Infrastructure/real assets platforms
  • Strong understanding of the project development lifecycle (land, planning, grid etc.)
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong Excel/data analysis skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Exposure to grid connections or planning processes
  • Experience supporting project or investor reporting
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools
