The Studio
This in-house design team sits within one of Europe’s most distinctive hospitality groups, creating bold, immersive restaurants that are as much about atmosphere as they are about food. Each site has its own identity, drawing on theatrical storytelling, rich materiality, vintage sourcing, and a playful approach to interiors.
The group continues to grow across the UK and Europe, with recent openings adding to an already varied portfolio of highly individual destinations. For a designer, this offers the chance to work within a fast-moving hospitality business where projects are live, ambitious, and designed to make an immediate impression.
The Opportunity
This role would suit an experienced junior interior designer who enjoys hospitality, has a strong visual eye, and is keen to be involved in projects that are expressive, detailed, and full of character.
You will support the design and delivery of new restaurant openings and ongoing site development, contributing across concept, design development, technical coordination, and FF&E. The role will see you helping translate ambitious interior ideas into well-resolved design information, producing drawings, developing presentations, researching materials and furniture, and supporting the wider team as schemes move towards delivery.
Working within an in-house studio means you will be close to the full life of a project, seeing ideas progress quickly from early concept through to site and opening. It is a strong opportunity for a junior designer who wants exposure to richly layered hospitality interiors and to build practical experience within a highly creative, commercially active environment.
